Booking a car

If you pay a booking amount to reserve a car, the receipt states the amount, the car and the conditions of the booking.

Cancelling a booking

If you wish to cancel, tell us as soon as possible in writing or by phone. Whether any amount is refundable, and how much, is stated in your booking receipt or agreement.

If we cannot supply the car

If a reserved car is no longer available, we will tell you promptly. You may choose another car or receive a refund of the amount you paid for that booking.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned using the same method you paid with, where possible.
